My approach to real estate is friendly but professional.  I understand the unique needs of both buyers and sellers, and will work with you during each step of the transaction.  If your interest is new home construction, or small business leaseholds,  I can work with you on these projects as well.  

I am a lifelong resident of Rochester and the Finger Lakes.  My experience includes building and selling multiple homes, small business office buildings, and renovating small business leaseholds.  I spent 8 years as a member of the Town of Wheatland planning board.  I live on Conesus Lake and am a member of the Conesus Lake Association.
